You are Your Own Worst Enemy: Anxiety Prologue

This article is a true account of my personal experience with (self-diagnosed) anxiety.
I say self diagnosed because upon research I have discovered that the nasty thing that ails me seems to be very similar if not the same thing as Anxiety, I have not yet been to see a Doctor about this and here's why.
I believe that a disorder such as anxiety is something that has been created by your brain, surely some cases are different but I believe anxiety is just a stronger word for 'Fear', now seeing that this is a condition/disorder that my brain has been inhabited by I feel as if by doing this to myself I can also, Undo this.

A few years ago I began having Epileptic Seizures (Diagnosed) NOTE: Eplieptic Seizures basically mean Seizures of unknown cause. I believe this is how I developed my "anxiety disorder" firstly due to the fact it is quite scary having no control over your body and such a serious thing that can happen at any time. 
I began to feel worried that this would continue for the rest of my life which is possible but so far I've had minimal seizures, eventually the thought pushed me to begin changing my lifestyle and avoiding certain things that can trigger seizures such as lack of sleep and dehydration, little did I know that seizures would end up being the least of my worries in reality, however, mentally seizures where a massive concern and this I believe Put me on the path to Anxiety.
